Surfacepreparation:

  All surfaces must be free of dirt,oil,paint chalk or othercontaminant

Mildew:

  Do not paint over mildew.mildew is a fungus,brown,black,grey orwhite in color which will rapidly grow through any coating appliedover it .A solution of 50% household bleach and 50% water will killthe mildew.Rinse thoroughly.Note precautions on bleach label beforeusing.

Drying time:

   Dries to touch in30minutes and may be recoated in two hours.

Coverage:

    Theoreticalfilm thicknesses are listed .Actual film thicknesses may varydepending on substrate porosity

Rough surface:130-160SQ.FT.1.2MILS dry (one coat)

Flat surface:150-180SQ.FT.1.2MILS dry(one coat )

Thinning:

   Thinning is notrecommended,If spraying,a small amount of water may beused.

Clean up:

   Clean tools andhands with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
